What are the minimum download and upload speeds to run modern warfare 2 on the ps3?

Call of Duty 4

I live in Ireland and my download speed is about .57mbps (although it has reached 1mbps), my upload speed is .32mbps and my ping varies from 200-130. Would my connection be able to run call of duty modern warfare 2 online? Would I also be able to access the web on my ps3?

    well mine is same 1 mbps and upload speed is areound .70mbps
    and i would get ping from all aroung the world within 320mi (except some small countries!!)
    would i be able to play!!
