It hard for anyone to know , i don’t think if anyone in here get the game before the release date,
but the question is even if you try to play online before the release date who would you play with ?

If you happen to find a place you can buy a legal copy of the game early, you are absolutely fine playing it early. Microsoft’s issue will be with the store that sold it – not you for buying it.

First, just because you pre-ordered doesn’t mean you get the game early. Gamestop can get into lots of trouble for breaking the street date on games. It doesn’t matter when they get it, they’re not allowed to sell it until the actual release date.
But if you do get it early and it’s a legit copy, then you won’t get banned. They only go after those who copy the game, like morons that play the game online when it hasn’t even shipped out of manufacturing yet.

Try and see. Worst that could happen is you get banned and lose your $ 50+ account because you couldn’t wait 2 days. Ridiculous question by the way.
